Not only was this the worst haircut I have ever gotten in Chicago, it is absolutely pathetic that they have labeled any google reviews with below 2 stars as "fake". Look at the lowest reviews and see for yourself. They claim that these reviews are fake because they are "not in their system" - people use pseudonyms or nicknames on google reviews all the time. Obviously these people will not show up in their "system"; nor will people that were walk-ins that paid cash with no credit/debit card paper trail. How unprofessional, childish, and embarrassing. This place used to have good barbers. My usual barbers was not there, I requested for a master barber. Alex or chandy pretented to be master barber. He literally had no clue, did a horrible and very amateur cut. After realizing his mistake, he asked his more experience person to check wat can be done, when he already chopped off much of the hair. Did not even apologize for the bad service. Such a bad experience, people come for professional haircut and pay you so much money, for good barbers. Will never come back here Service: Haircut
