K-Monets was not a pleasant experience for me. She gives the salon a bad rep. She was not professional she rebooked me 3 times after I had paid full price in advanced. Then once I finally got in she charged me an extra $100 after she quoted a set price and did a consultation. Then once she started she was late and she shopped online for a few hours while I waited once was started she didnt even finish it took her 2 weeks to finish the other side of my head so I had to wear a wig untill she was able to do the other side. She put new customers in front of me even after my hair was only half done. She said she had rescheduled them already but I was walking around with a half done head. She didnt try and discount for the inconvenience she offered nothing. I would not use Zelle to pay because you cannot get your money back so before you book be sure to use a method you can get a refund in. Incase you need to get one. I would not recommend her at all her work is good but her professionalism is not.

Brittany @ Windward was excellent. She cut and styled my curly hair and it's perfect. She took the weight off, gave it nice shape, and it feels lighter! Definitely recommend.
