Horrible customer service! I called twice trying to book and the person kept saying they would call me back and never did. Then had an attitude when u called back. So I took my money elsewhere. You should too, unless you want to deal with unprofessionalism.

This is an all around salon. They are great with weaves, braids, twists and silk presses.

The stylists and owner at Beauty by Pearl's are all extremely friendly and they make everyone feel welcome. Most of all, they are experts in their craft. My hair now is long, healthy and beautiful due to Tay's expertise. He was patient and determined to bring my hair back to a healthy state. Thank you Tay. Extremely unprofessional and rude. One of the worst businesses Ive been to and will not be returning. Absolutely filthy and had an extremely bad odor!
