Closets by Design was a pleasure to do business with. From the moment we made contact to delivery and installation of our Murphy bed wall unit they were pleasantly engaging, professional and timely. The company staff from sales and design to admin and instillation understood our custom project, had creative ideas, were timely in manufacturing and delivery. The staff was easy to work with and they delivered on everything they committed to. They kept us informed from beginning to end including anticipating and providing our high rise building requirement's for delivery and installing. The finished product is quality built and beautiful. Were very happy with the unit. Closets by Design is an amazing companywe highly recommend them.

I love my new closet!! This will give me so much more space. Amber, the designer, was great and very helpful in assisting me in the design of my closet. The installers came on time and flawlessly installed my closet.

**update** CbD reached out and made everything perfect. Literally couldnt be happier with the outcome and the level of service. There are many details to projects like these and their commitment to an amicable resolution was all I could ask for. My designer was great. She listened to me and worked efficiently. I always felt like she wanted me to get the best result. Communication was challenging at times (1 or more days to get a call back or email) but everything always got resolved so patience paid off. I love the overall look but Im disappointed with the details: - drawer doesnt soft close - cabinet door doesnt soft close - the cutout for my light switch left a scratched surface and an unfinished piece showing When I placed my order I asked if soft close was an included feature and was told it was. Thousands of dollars later, I expected the details to be right.

In my experience with Closets by Design I must say it was an excellent one. Beginning with the rep (Maryann) who came out and took the necessary measurements for the installation she was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. As a side note, I had a question and she answered while she was on her vacation. The install team were very professional as well. When they were bringing the materials into the building they made sure not to scratch the walls. The install went very smoothly and to my surprise quickly. When they completed the installation I was impressed with them in their approach and focus on getting it done correctly. Thumbs up to Jay and Jay! I am very pleased with how everything came together from start to finish. In conclusion I would recommend giving Closets by Design a look if you are in the market to customize your closet.
