The owner of this place is so informative and nice. I really appreciate him explaining the process to me and even providing a way for me to get home while my car was worked on. I've had no issues with my alarm system and it came with a lifetime warranty. I talked to Bob Tuesday and was in by Wednesday. Great customer service and respectable man. I've already recommended to my family.

Phenomenal experience getting a new fob for my remote start. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The price was fair and the quality of work was good. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend this business!

Robert and David have decades(since 1972) of knowledge to impart on what devices will work best with your make and model. They were friendly and funny,didn't talk down to me because I am a woman.
I went in seeking a new fob(my long nails had stabbed through it) because every single KIA dealership from me attempting to get a replacement since August 2023 in Texas to Tinley Park,IL(moved back here Oct 2023) March 2024 had back log on this model for 8 months now.
They didn't have a fob there but called the locksmith they used, and he did.(total Miracle on 34th Street moment). So, since I was there, I inquired about adding remote start and alarm system on my 2011 KIA SPORTAGE(since KIA couldn't figure out why my car no longer emitted sound when locking/unlocking-see a theme here ).
Back to this marvelous place. My dad came with me as he needed(so he thought:he's 83) a new transmitter fob) so we left it as David the fob guy wasn't in yet.I drop my car off (told ahead of time) for 3 hours. Picked my Silver Streaker up. Dave walked me through how to use my new Viper fob and alarm. He had replaced dad's battery in his transmitter and drilled a hole in it, so it could go on his key ring.
I am happy,not too light in my pocketbook.
