Juan is THE best! We had three estimates and his customer service, selection, and prices beat the others. We almost went with Luna and I am so happy we didnt! I knew immediately after our estimate he was the right choice. We couldnt be happier with our carpet. He did such a thorough job. The carpet feels amazing! Excellent quality and reasonable prices. He was available within 1 week of our estimate and worked with our schedule. We even decided to add two more rooms and the entire bottom unit. You can tell he has truly mastered his craft. Castillo Carpet Service is fast, professional, and affordable. We needed our carpet refastened in our basement after fixing some water damage in the walls due to a leaking foundation crack. We had talked to some big name vendors, and they wouldn't do the work unless we spent thousands of dollars on all-new carpet. Instead, we called Juan, and he installed new padding and refastened the carpet for a very reasonable cost. He had the job done quickly, and the basement looks brand new. He saved us time and money, and I will definitely be calling him again if we ever need more work like this.

I needed carpet put in my living room and Basment stairs. I called a couple of places and decided to go with Castillo. I talked to Juan, He was very professional and quick. He sold me a great carpet at a very good price and promise to install it the next day. He was very honest and up front. He showed up as promised and did a great job. Carpet looks great. Had Juan install a new carpet for my newborns room , and it came out wonderful. Juan was super respectful, nice and made me feel good about having him install an carpet for me . Definitely recommended . Very good pricing !
