So rude LITERALLY SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. so bad. Literally the guy at the front desk asked if my friend was single and tried to hit on her. And then made the order wrong and was just overall rude

Im not racist my family is from other countries but if your gonna work in the public you have to understand basic English and have training specially in a busy place like this called 20 minutes ahead to pick up lunch food wasnt ready unorganized need better training and organization Ive seen one Mexican cook take care of entire wingstop during rush hour I know its possible they had three employees moving around clueless

If I could rate this place 0 I would. If you can go to another wingstop location, just do it and save your money. The management here is terrible (if he even WAS the manager) and was completely disrespectful over the phone. I ordered the 20 boneless combo and one of my portions wasnt tossed in any sauce. When I called about the issue, rather than offering a solution, the manager told me he couldnt do anything for me and then hung up on me, and didnt seem to care about it. I get working in the restaurant industry can suck, (been there) but I paid for my food and deserve to get what I ordered. Never ordering here again and I reported him as well. The whole phone call was ridiculous.
