I ordered their female Atlas moth and she came a little bit beaten up and reached out if there was a possibility to fix this issue and the butterfly company quickly responded and handled the situation swiftly and sent me a new moth, and she arrived without any injury! I greatly appreciate that their customer service responded to me quickly and righted my issue, 10/10 and will be buying from them again!

They offer orders by mail or pickup today I had a sunset moth related emergency (dont we all have those?) and was able to get my order in under 15 minutes from the time I called them. Ive purchased here on and off since before Joseph bought the company and have always had a great experience but after this they will be my go-to. Thank you for helping me!!

Absolutely loved all of my butterflies! I had a broken one in my first order and they were super quick to replace it. Everything was beautiful and exactly what I needed!
