Our family moved into an old home and shortly after we noticed small cracks developing in the ceiling of my daughters room. The cracks grew rapidly and it was becoming apparent that parts of the ceiling were going to come down. I contacted a structural engineer to assess the structural integrity of the house (everything was okay) but he recommended Chicago Building Group, Inc. for the ceiling repair. Within a week or so, we had the work booked and in just a few days, the work completeincluding a completely new paint job for the room. The new paint job wasnt originally part of the work that was scoped, but they were kind enough to add it and even went out of their way to help us acquire the right swatches and correct paint for the job. My wife and I were very happy with the results, and most importantlyso was our young daughter who felt like she was moving back into a brand new room with her favorite color on the wall. Highly recommend!
