This review is for the new leadership -SJH. I have been going to Dr. Breadons office for several years. Ive also referred several people to her office, particularly to Veronica for peels. Under Dr. Breadons leadership, I was promised a free microdermabrasion for referring a new client. I went in today for my microdermabrasion only to be told that, since it has changed leadership to SJH, SJH will not honor that promise. First, they couldve told me that before I left my newborn at home to come to the office, instead of waiting until Im literally sitting in the room. Second, what poor form. It may not be your typical practice, but you should honor what was previously agreed to with the patients should you wish to keep those patients. Given their poor judgment and disappointing treatment of long-term patients, I will not be returning.
