The Madison and Laramie pharmacy is horrible the way they treat patients. Rude treatment and unreasonable wait times sum this location up. Time for new management. They play games with the phones by continuously putting you on hold without even a greeting. After 5 plus minutes you're just disconnected. Going in person is equally bad. You're never greeted. You're stared at until you speak. Smiling must be forbidden as well. The employees look miserable. There are so many indications of a bad manager at this location. Sadly, most people who utilize this location have no other options. CVS should open across the street and offer customer service training to Walgreens staff.

On the line with Pharmacy for 10:46 minutes the average hold time for satisfactory customer service is under 2 minutes. They keep pretending to pick up the line while having me wait on hold. I have a simple question. Regardless of how busy or preoccupied the nature of exceptional customer services requires you to be able to handle fast-paced environments. They are nonchalant, callous and just simply unhappy with their jobs. Just quit. Regardless you provide services to customers . As a customer I have who questions about my refills, or just general information request. But this is nothing new they always provide subpar services, specifically in Pharmacy. Not surprised, at the very least.-0 for making me wait and I have a health related issue and need my medication.
