        HIPAA violation! I can see why they are rated so poorly. I show them my ID. The woman doesnt know where to look to see my group number. Since I know it by heart I attempt to recite it. She rudely tells me to not interrupt. She has shown a lack of competence and is so unprofessional and discourteous when someone tries to help. Disgraceful.

        Worst customer service that i have experienced. Walked in at 8 pm and they would allow me to purchase my prescription at the pharmacy. There must be better options- help! This Walgreens always fails to deliver! Today I called and spoke with pharmacist to confirm that my prescription could and would be filled . Silly me... When I visited this pinnacle is retail excellence, It was not ready and no needs were available untill Monday to refill it Thank you Walgreens for such continued excellent incompetency!!
