        They pierced my ears I came home had to take the earrings out and repierced them myself it was horrible experience.

        Manager Brittany should not be allowed around children. Horrified that they would allow a person like this to represent their brand. My FIVE year old had a botched ear piercing here. Do not entrust them with your children. Inexperienced, rude, abrasive, unempathetic. I have filed an HR complaint with corporate and have my team of lawyers filing for emotional and physical distress. She should not have access to children.
