This was my 3rd time calling them for work. HUGE mistake !!!! I should have checked the new reviews. That's what happens when you give your 100% trust and don't do new research just because their work was great before BUT never again!!! Back then they were great, the work got done, we were happy how everything looked at the end and they were right on time!!! They are very expensive but if the work was done right from start to finish, we were willing to save a little more to hire them. Ask me how it went this 3rd time, TERRIBLE!!!! They gave us a date and time of when they were coming, took the day off to be there and nobody showed up. We called and they said that we were not even on the schedule because they forgot to put it in the system. WOW, TERRIBLE !!! A whole day wasted for NOTHING!!! OUR time is also valuable not just YOURS !!!! By this time we needed the work done A.S.A.P and we couldn't waste more time, that's the only reason we continued with the plans to have them do the work. They were able to come the next day, things got done and with a few changes but the same price. Now for the HUGE mistake they did we got 2 "free small drywall" done. Was the drywall done all the way? NOPE, we had to finish the small details! Advise : *Do some research and read the reviews. *If you call them, make sure they have you in the schedule when they give you a specific date that they are going. Call a day before the appointment to remind them. *Make sure to ask if there's anything that changes, how does it affect the quote, how much more would you pay or how much less. Put it in writing !!! But ask !!! Tell them to give you the different options and how much it would be for each. *If a worker named Marcelino is doing your work at your house/business, you don't have nothing to worry about him, he is GREAT !!!!! From all the workers that were there both days, Marcelino was the one that was there from start to finish. His work was EXCELLENT !!! He is very professional !!! We give him +5 stars. This company is SUPER LUCKY to have him as a worker. There was another young man but he only went one day and the other 2 for just 3 hours.
