        I came to this store to exchange a bag I bought at one of Kate Spade's New York locations that I later realized had a stain on it brand new (it was the floor model). The manager, Drea, took it back with no questions asked and even let me exchange it for a different color (because I didn't know it existed in pink!). I of course then proceeded to buy a ton of other stuff because it was all so cute and the staff was so friendly. I will keep shopping in person at this store because of the wonderful shopping experience they create! Drea is the absolute best!!
