We have great things to say about both Brian and Julio from A-Emergency Services. When our basement flooded late on a Sunday evening with sewer water during a storm, I spoke with Brian immediately and Julio was at our home within the hour. Julio and his team worked until 1:30am that night making sure our basement was in good shape and no further water damage occurred. It was a week-long process of removing damaged items, taking out the floor and baseboards, disinfecting, and installation fans/dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, my husband and I had very positive interactions with both Brian (over the phone) and Julio (in-person, at our home). They were sympathetic, respectful, competent, well-informed and generally pleasant to work with through a frustrating period. We would highly recommend A-Emergency, solely based on our positive interactions with Brian and Julio.

The side of our entire building was damaged by a fire at a neighboring building. The A-Emergency Services & Restoration team was the only company that followed back up (out of 8 other companies) to schedule a day to board up our exposed and damaged windows. David, Mike, and the rest of the team did an excellent job boarding up the windows and explained the process they would be taking. They were very quick and the the installation was done with very high quality. On behalf of the entire building (and alley passerbys), thank you!

Our apartment was damaged by a fire and Joe and his crew made the experience as painless as it could be under the circumstances.

The team here is amazing. We had to move out of our apartment because of a fire and the crew was friendly and helpful, took a lot of the stress out of a difficult experience.
