        I placed my order at Avas Flowers in Illinois on Saturday for a Saturday delivery.  The promised me if they flowers weren't delivered on Saturday, they would be guaranteed to be delivered on Sunday.  That didn't happen.  I spent over 35 minutes trying to order from a "local florist" in Illinois so I tried  calling Avas Flowers (Avasflowers.com).  Not only did they NOT get delivered on Saturday OR Sunday, they called me on Monday to let me know they wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday.  The people on the phone were insistent that I give them a "second chance" when I asked them for a full refund.  They had me on the phone for over 1 HOUR! and I'm writing this review, still on the phone, trying to get my refund.  This is absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced when trying to order flowers.  Stay away from this "local florist", they are pushy, rude and very unprofessional.
