Hi CJ- Thanks for stopping in today and for your comments. Just so you know, we run a 24 hour industrial humidifier in shop that unfortunately leaves a light film from the minerals in our water on our plants. We dust frequently when we water the plants but cannot get to all the plants daily since we have such a large selection. In terms of flower arrangements, you are welcome to call ahead of time and place an order for pickup with whatever specifications that you would like, including flower types, colors, and price point. The photo that you uploaded in just our grab and go section and if people come in before you and buy arrangements, we fill them as fast as we can and throughout the day. The orders always come first before the ones in store. I am sorry you thought that the service we slow but we did pot the orchid in the custom pot for you as fast as we could while still paying attention to the care that it requires.
