My boyfriend ordered me flowers from here for our anniversary and they did not look at all like the photos. I called to tell them I was disappointed and the woman on the phone just argued with me about why I was wrong. I get needing to swap some flowers out for availability purposes, but there was not a single flower that was the same as the photo (all different colors). The description states "roses, lillies, and more" and there was not a single lilly in the arrangement. They claim to maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement, but I do not believe they did. He even upgraded to the "deluxe" arrangement, instead of the standard, and the one online is way nicer. See below for the online pic vs. what arrived.

I am in love with the flower arrangement that we ordered. The flowers are gorgeous! The balloon is so pretty and it matches the arrangement perfectly. Thank you so much for making my sister-in-laws birthday so special!!!
