We went with Value Garage Builders after calling around getting quotes. They were very affordable and after reading the reviews, I felt confident they would do a good job building our garage. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I wasnt very confident that it would get built in the winter time but Mike kept communication with me and was prompt the days he said they would build. When I say prompt, the concrete was poured and once it was cured the garage was built within a week (finished on a thursday) and the electrician was there Monday to add the finishing touches. Each step of the process, Mike was there. You can definitely tell he takes pride in what he does and it shows. We love our new garage and there were no hiccups along the way. We would recommend Value Garage Builders 10/10 times.

Mike and Value Garage Builders did an excellent job building my 20x20 garage on my existing concrete slab while retaining my adjacent yard fence. Fair and competitive quote, and he was flexible with my timetable after I had to delay the project a few months. He came out promptly to discuss the project and went over everything with me. Project started on time and stuck to the schedule, and the garage was built very quickly and efficiently by his team. Communication was easy. Quality is great. It was all very seamless and he has a good team working with him for the different elements. Highly recommended for your project.
