Got a cut and color. While the staff was so very nice and personable, my hair cut was crooked and the coloring I ended up with was so different from what I asked for, I nearly had a panic attack. Not only was the color different, my roots were dyed three shades darker than the rest of the hair and werent blended properly, I guess, because there is a clear distinction. And, while I have thick hair and the stylist commented on it multiple times, there are patches that werent even dyed. I was extremely unhappy and was told they would fix it at a later datewhich, I didnt really have the time nor want the same woman to do my hair againand asked instead for a discount, which I was told they would have to talk with their owner. Ok. However, when I first called to inquire after nearly 4 days, the receptionist said that the owner had wanted to give me time to cool off, so no one was to contact me. Since then, I have called every few days, but there is always some excuse. Its been nearly two weeks since my appointment, my hair is still f*cked up, and the owner is apparently avoiding me and any responsibility. Will never go back to this salon and I would encourage others to do their research on the stylists at this place before booking their appointment. Such an upsetting experience.
