The day before I called Douglas and asked about the two stand twist. He never asked me about my hair or to send a picture of it. I told him I had medium length hair about to the bridge of my nose. I am a black male with an afro. My hair looks short because I have shrinkage. When I walked in the shop I was not greeted. The washer came over to me in within 10 minutes of sitting there and was about to wash my hair. She asked me was I getting my hair done today; I said yes I have an appointment with Douglas. She look led confused and walked over to him. They started talking and he went in the back looking mad. He came back out walked out to me and said,I just want to feel the texture of your hair. He felt my hair ( Did not pull it down to check the length) and said your hair is too short for two strain twist. I was puzzled because he never checked the length. Then he told me he would not be able to do it. I assume he did not want to do it because its nappy and, he was lazy and did not want to put in the work. Mind you I asked him on the phone does he want me to wash it before I came. I would not recommend this stylist. THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!
