I loved my experience and my hair looks and feels amazing! Ciji cares about your health and you can tell she is passionate about her craft. She is very friendly and professional. You will not sit here waiting to begin for an hour and then an additional 2 hours with wet hair to finally get your hair styled. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning. Very professional and friendly. First impression is a lasting impression. Ciji is very knowledgeable and you can tell that healthy hair is her passion. I've been in Munster for about 2 years now, and I just recently started looking for a stylist, mostly because I'm always nervous about going to someone new. But I'm happy to say that I've found my go-to salon! I went to Natural Tease for a simple flat iron and trim to my very tightly coiled 4c hair. When I first walked in, Ciji was warm and welcoming, and the place was spotless. She politely asked me to wash my hands and offered me something to drink. (I was about ready to give her 5 stars after that! ) She got started on my hair almost immediately, and we had a great conversation about my hair. She gave me product and styling tips based on my hair type, and is extremely knowledgeable. (I would definitely recommend a full consultation with her). My hair was so silky and soft when she was done, and she's not scissor-happy, so I retained quite a bit of length. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxed, and professional. Ciji is very friendly and really makes you feel like you're at home. I'm so excited to keep coming here for regular hair care for me and my 5 year old daughter.
