I do not recommend any woman go here. The person cutting my hair ripped half of my hair out by starting to brush it from the top and not the bottom after it was washed. I have never had a more painful brushing in my life. Then, without completely brushing it, they cut six inches off. When they put down the brush I noticed it was very dirty. It did not look like it was cleaned in between uses nor was it sanitized. When they finish brushing my hair, they cut it additional 3 inches off. I requested a total of 6 inches and now my hair is almost to my shoulders after being at my waist. Please spend a little bit more money and go to somewhere where they know how to at least brush a woman’s hair let alone measure 6 inches. The first photo is of my hair three weeks ago where you could see it’s at my waist. The second photo was my hair today after my haircut. 9 inches were cut. Oh I emailed the company andI did hear back from the manager, but he offered no apology. Pretty terrible customer service. They want me to come in to get the refund and refuse to do it over the phone or void the transaction. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!
