Anna Dudek is wonderful State farm agent. Super helpful and willing to provide all necessary informatios. In cases she doesn't have an answer for you right away she will dig it out and call you back with info you are looking for. Super friendly and never disappointed with service.

Unfortunately I have to change my rating due to changes that were made to my policy after closing. Not satisfied with the customer service received. I called due to being charged more than what was initially quoted the customer service agent that answered told me I should have received a letter AFTER closing (Which I have not received) and the total amount increased due to an inspector that was sent to my home (No call was made to inform us that they were sending anyone to our home) to do their own personal inspection. Would have liked for them to have done that when I was closing in on the home NOT after and a call to tell us about the additional charge.
