From all my insurance agents the experience Ive had with Michelle has been the most personal and caring. She doesnt care about money, she honestly cares about me, my family and what is best for us. Allstate is just a name, but i feel safe in Michelle's hands. What an amazing agent!!!!!

They dont respond to emails. I cancelled my policy last month with them and continue to get billed. They dont listen or care.
