Summary: I will gladly sing Laurie’s praises in any cliché insurance commercial she produces! She saved us money, offered better coverage, and fixed an egregious error in our insurance.
Extended Version: Laurie invested an incomprehensible amount of time, energy, and diligence to ensure my family was properly protected by our insurance policies. We had been with the same agent / insurance carrier for about 15 years without complaint. Upon scrutinizing our existing policies, Laurie unearthed a major error from our agent that left a gaping hole in our coverage. We never would have known if it were not for Laurie’s detailed analysis because, unlike Laurie, our previous agent did not periodically contact us to review our policies. As if plugging our insurance policy hole wasn’t enough, Laurie also saved us an incredible amount of money on our auto, umbrella, and homeowners policies while providing better coverage.
After we moved our policies to her, she called to check in and even sent us a handwritten thank-you note! I genuinely feel that Laurie cares.
I cannot thank Laurie enough for her work on my family’s behalf. I firmly believe that we will never experience another hole in our coverage so long as we work with Laurie. She is truly committed to protecting her clients. I look forward to working with Laurie for years to come.
