I had Liberty Mutual as my auto insurer in 2021 and 2022. I had towing coverage and ended up needing a tow after my cars started went out. Liberty Mutual towed my car literally nowhere. Instead of taking it to the repair shop, they left it outside a Red Line station in Chicago. I ended up having to drive around to find it on the north side of Chicago. When I called to complain, they didnt make it right. All I got was a bunch of lies and customer service people who never called me back or sent claim emails that they promised over the phone. It ended up costing me $400 out of pocket to fix their mistake. Then they dropped me because I used the towing service that that offered! I would never use this company again for anything.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jessica Niemann! I am immensely impressed with Jessicas kindness and professionalism! In every interaction, she has been incredibly helpful and has provided excellent customer service! She has responded very promptly, always has a positive attitude, and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I am truly grateful for everything Jessica has done! It can be a little bit overwhelming when purchasing a new home and ensuring that all repairs are successfully completed within the timeframe. Jessica made the entire process less overwhelming and less stressful! Im so thankful for Jessica! I would absolutely recommend Jessica and her team for your home insurance needs!!!
