I ordered a set of Mark Thomas wine glasses and they were delivered in less than a week. The packing was impeccable, heavy duty box labeled fragile, styrofoam peanuts, original box inside, etc. Unfortunately, when I opened the box I discovered one of the glasses was broken just above the base. I emailed pictures to Kneen & Co. and within a couple of hours I received a response confirming that a replacement glass was on its way. A few days later, I received the replacement, same great packaging and the glass was intact. It was a pleasure dealing with the people at Kneen and Co. and I will definitely be buying from them again.

I was gifted a set of Mark Thomas wine glasses from Kneen & Co. for Christmas and unfortunately had one crack just a few weeks later. Stephany and the team at Kneen & Co. worked with me to replace the glass at a discount and even let me purchase an individual glass even though the glasses are typically sold as a set. I am so pleased with their customer service and will definitely purchase from them in the future! Thanks again!
