        Bought a $700 chair that fell apart in 8 months. Customer service took two weeks to inform me they could not help me. Very disappointing and frustrating.

        I ordered pendant lights and a chandelier in early January. When purchased, I was told they would arrive in late January. It's now the end of February and I just learned that the order won't arrive until late May. I only learned this when I followed up repeatedly with Rejuvenation after the arrival dates came and went. When I go on the website today, it says that if I purchased the same products now, they would arrive in a couple weeks, which is obviously not true. So long story, short - do not trust the shipping dates or even product availability from them. I'm beyond frustrated.
