        Since taking up marathon running I have always required the support of a great sports masseuse~Not always easy to find. I am very pleased to of found Nedra, who clearly has incredible knowledge and skill related to Myofascial therapy, trigger point, muscular therapy & relaxation. I highly recommend Nedra, you will not be disappointed!

        Words can not express how amazing Nedra is as a masseuse. She listened carefully about what my goals were for the session and then asked great follow up questions so she could customize my treatment. It was the best 90-minute massage Ive ever had. I wish I lived nearby so I could continue seeing her. But I will make it a point to book her again the next time I visit Chicago. Thank you Nedra for a wonderful morning
