I've owned a condo at 401 N. Wabash since the building opened. Fourteen years ago, or so, I began renting the space to long-term renters, and have had 4 or 5 tenants during this time. Phil found and screened all of them for me and made my life as easy as it could be. During this time, he arranged for the necessary paintings, drape cleanings, appliance repairs, and general issues that would have fallen to me. I can't say enough good about Mr. Skowron.
