Working with Kevin was one of the greatest pleasures of Michele's and my home-buying experience. We saw him evolve from being a casual home showing agent to a highly analytical, professional and non-pushy real estate professional. Kevin is a brilliant, ego-less, tireless AND an all around nice guy to boot. Kevin took up every challenge we gave him to climb - from our picky house aesthetic choices to price ranges and never hesitated to help and make sure we got the best out of the choices we had. He must have shown us at least 40-50 properties in the Chicago area without any hesitation. Kevin is one of the finest realtors in Chicago. He is incredibly hard working, has an unwavering work ethic and is overall relentlessly resourceful. He did a killer job at coordinating and bridging the gap between all the parties and helped us get our gorgeous home. What we also liked about Kevin was his ability to prioritize and chase things down ruthlessly, escalate issues to the right set of people and stay on top of it until resolution. I highly recommend Kevin and would jump at the opportunity to work with him again.

Kevin helped me prepare to sell my home this spring/summer amidst the COVID pandemic and had a sale pending before it even hit the MLS. As a first-time home seller in a stressful situation, I was especially thankful for all of the education and resources he provided along the way.
