        Over the weekend being in Chicago for the first time I went to Nail Pro. My sister and I were immediately were taken care. of .Kea and Mia provided great service.They were very detailed with their work, and were very friendly!

        Today was my first time at this location. I hate switching up to a new nail tech. However, I needed someone closer. I'm so happy I chose this place. The attention to detail while buffing my feet and filing my nails was phenomenal. I had on shorts (not super short), and they even provided a towel, considering I was going to have a male doing my pedicure. 5/5 !

        I went in for a pedicure and a full of acrylics. Everyone at the salon was very nice, the color was exactly what I wanted, and their services are well priced. However, the acrylic powder itself was super thick and almost the entire tip was filed away by the end of my manicure. I had shown a picture of the exact length I was hoping for and the original cut length was what I was looking for. The finished product looks like basic gel and there is essentially no length to my nails. I dont think they understood what I was looking for and once the length was filed away there isnt a ton to do without destroying my nail bed. Overall, not happy with the outcome of my manicure :(
