        Love the Vision works Southgate location. The support staff is really helpful, friendly and kind while maintaining a professional demeanor. The doctors have always been informative and professional and thorough in their exams. This all keeps me going back year after year for exams. Great selection of frames too.

        The staff that works here are extremely slow and rude. Every time I go into this store they barely acknowledge you and when I ask for help they tell me you need to wait until Im done with this customer in a not so nice manner. I have observed same attitude with other customers that have simple questions that do not require a 10 minute wait at the store. I have started going to the store on Elston and had a great experience with the staff there.
