Im glad this place showed up when I googled eye doctor near me! Dr. Shah was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me understanding my prescription and the staff helped me pick out a new pair of amazing glasses at an affordable price!! Will definitely recommend this place thank you!

This has been my go to place for 5 years and although Matt is no longer with the company ERIC has been fantastic with my care, and he even helped my boyfriend pick out some glasses as well. This isn't his home base but I look forward to seeing him ever visit. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to West loop eye care.

Take your business to Warby Parker (it's just two blocks away from this tragedy of a business). West Loop Eye Care's receptionists are trained to tell you "yes" to bring you in and waste your time. When I called and explained how we needed a specialist to care for my husband's eyes, they said they can diagnose and treat him. They lied. This is just another below-average center for glasses. There is no parking. The glasses are subpar and outrageously overpriced. Warby Parker is 100% better-- save yourself your time/energy

There was a phone person/receptionist here when I called to ask for information and to make an appointment who was so friendly and helpful, like literally one of the best customer service people I had ever interacted with. He was awesome. That guy left such a strong impression of the place I went with it.The overall experience I had here was good. Everything was smooth, I got my eye exam as needed, they processed the insurance without a hitch. I would definitely return here for subsequent eye care.The optometrists were all great, but the real MVP was that phone guy.OVERALL: 9/10

I have been coming to West Loop Eye Care for over 4 years now and the level of service seems to be getting even better. I see Dr Shah for my exams and Brooke helped me pick out the most amazing pair of frames. She saw me walk in and had frames picked out for when I finished my exam, and the first pair I tried on ended up being the winner! The entire staff is wonderful but a special thanks to Dr. Shah and Brooke!
