They advertise 79.00 for 2 pair of glasses but in all reality it is frames only every thing cost extra very miss leading would not recommend this company for your eye place, James

Ms. Jackie was super helpful with me in choosing glasses that accommodate my lifestyle. Very polite and professional. Took me a while to come to the correct pair but she was there to answer any questions I had. On the other hand, the optometrist doing my eye exam wasn't so professional. Upset because I couldn't see the letters on the board correctly or would smack her lips if asked to go back a slide. Isn't her job to find what prescription fits me best? I always have such a pleasant experience here, and my most recent experience was nothing short of that. My doctor was informative and professional. I had never written a review for them before today, but I knew I had to as Delilah was such a great help! I cannot express how grateful I was to have her help me, she was very patient, and kind, and gave great recommendations for frames. (One of which I ended up choosing as my next frames!) She explained all promotions as well as her other coworker (whose name I didn't catch, sorry!) and both made me feel at ease with everything. I had met Delilah a few days prior when I was with my daughter and husband and her joyous attitude and kind spirit towards them was the exact same! (Sometimes people change depending on the time of day/days, but not her!) The rest of the staff was also very helpful with everything and professional! All around great! 20 stars if I could! If I could give them, especially this location no stars I would. I have been a loyal For Eyes customer but decided to try AB due to the cheaper cost of a contacts eye exam. I decided not to to order my contacts with them. I get home to look at contacts and I notice what I thought was an error on my axis. I call the store and the girl tells me it should say 160. I was supposed to receive two prescription documents one for spectacles and one for contacts. They gave me only the spectacle document then told me they could only fax me the contacts document or I had the option of picking it up. I WAS NOT going back from where I just left in a thunderstorm to pick this up, I am also in a rush to receive my contacts before a trip so waiting longer would not have been an option. Also while being in the store I could tell none of them are enthusiastic about their job. They have no idea what they are doing in there. Also when asking questions it felt like they did not want to answer them. I will NEVER walk back into another AB's. I'll take myself back to For Eyes because it is true that YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and that goes with the experience as well. If I could give them, especially this location no stars I would.
