Big City Optical

The team at Big City was wonderful. They were so gracious when I was running late due to Cubs game day traffic and were SO helpful with picking out my new frames. I am so excited to go back and pick them up.

After a poor experience, the Big City Optical customer service team reached out to figure out a way to make things right. They were apologetic for my previous experience and setup another appointment at this location, free of charge, with Dr. Pendleton, who was absolutely great. He took interest in me being there and seemed to genuinely care about getting my prescription correct. Also, the two that work the front of the store are super helpful and friendly. This experience has restored my confidence in this location, and I'll definitely be coming back next year.

Great experience! My train got in late and they had no problem seeing me right away. The staff was all friendly and professional. They also made sure to show me the photos they took of my eye and what they were seeing. Glad I made an appointment.
