dont ever leave reviews but this experience was way too amazing to not leave one. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everyone was so kind and patient! I came in with low expectations bc I looked at yelp reviews but left wowed! Genesis, Teresa, Bryan, Dr Ali were all great and amazing. The current store manager who took over few months back is incredibly patient and puts herself in the patients shoes and has so much patience with you (cant find that anymore in healthcare) I will keep coming here and recommend everyone to come here. Putting in contacts isnt easy as first timer but the store manager and her employees were so patient and sweet that I was left surprised. Everyone was willing to help and encourage you through the process which helped so much! I hope this store manager and her employees dont leave bc this facility is NOT what these other bad reviews say. Dont have one negative thing to say about this location!!!

Lisette, was very helpful and even when I came in, I hadn't came to receive assistance from her, but she took the initiative to assist me, to explain to me the packages for the glasses. She corrected a mistake that was made from miscommunication between myself and prior consultant. This young lady went above and beyond her call of duty and I truly ask that she is considered to train staff in that reference of an individual that takes the initiative to deal with your vast amount of customers and potential customers. I'm sure shareholders like myself would appreciate her helping increase our profits. By the increasing induction of New and Present Customers and customer service. O.Cope
