The Portage Park/Alderman Park neighborhood is booming. This neighborhood has everything to offer to you. From two grocery stores, Jewel, Aldi. At six corners do you have Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T all for your cell phone needs. The new rehab building from Sears store to apartments with a target store on the first floor is amazing. Just across the street from the new rehab series. Building is a new assistant living building. Im getting older cant wait to live there. There is many different restaurants in the area, also, the old Irving Park. This neighborhood offers to metro train tracks, the blue line to Hairfield to downtown Chicago and out of downtown Chicago to the west side. You have the Monroe CTA bus lane, Irving Park bus line, Addison bus line. Oh, also to mention the new Northwestern medical Center on Irving Park. If you want a good neighborhood to live in, come on down to Portage Park/old Irving Park neighborhood its the best.
