Best eye care around! The staff is extremely accommodating and understanding. I had already picked up my perception almost 2 months ago, recently my vision has changed due to unforseen medical issues. I went to visionworks at the hip, and from beginning to end I was heard, I was understood, I was cared for. The eye doctor updated my prescription and ordered my new lenses at no cost to me. Talking about compassion! Best place to go for all your eye care needs!

The Doctor was very informative and helpful. The staff was pleasant and very attentive. I really love this visionworks but overall I dont usually have any problems with other visionworks stores. This location just seems to go a little more about and beyond to insure your happy and understanding of the process.

This is my favorite place to shop for eyeglasses, the Visionworks located inside the HIP mall. All of the employees are super nice and patient, and the doctor is very nice and personable as well. They have a big selection of glasses and they dont mind if you look through the drawers. They are truly there to help you find what youre looking for, these employees are never rude. Always had good experiences here.

When we arrived we were taken back pretty quick and Dr. Miguel Gonzalez was amazing. The ladies took care of the rest and got us squared away. Overall a great experience!
