Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I walked into the store and was completely ignored by a male and female employee. I spent about 5-10 minutes looking at paint swatches and not once did either of them offer any help, so I just left. I won't be spending a penny at that location.

My mother's experience with this store was horrible. Their were 2 store customer service representatives 1 male and 1 female. The female representative ignored my mother and decided to greet a male customer that came in behind my mother. The second customer representative started to then have a conversation with the male customer. My mother waited patiently to be served but instead was ignored. No customer no matter the color of their skin should be treated this way. I shall spend my money elsewhere

I put my order in with a representative before I go to the store on 93rd and stony island. When I go to pick up my order the manager changes the price the rep gives me and has to refund me the difference. He then tells me he would change it in the system. The next time I go the same thing hIsland. This has happened 5 time i don't know what he has against me but i am done.I am heading back to home depot. I don't spend my money where I am mistreated.
