        This place sucks with their customer service. I am visiting a relative in Chicago in the ICU and I ordered a pizza for delivery when the guy got here instead of my $15 small pizza there was a $60 order that was a salad a different kind of pizza and a stuffed something I couldnt even recognize so when I called the store, they told me I would have to call DoorDash to get the other order delivered which is not my responsibility and they told me that I would have to come and get my order. That was there explain to them how I had no car I was from out of town dust the delivery, they would not allow the DoorDash driver to bring back the wrong order that they gave him and give me my order. This place is a mile away they suck.

The walls full of black and white photos of ages past welcome you back as you order your regular: a Nancy’s Original Stuffed Pizza. You sit, and take your first bite, oozy gooey cheesy goodness, and you can’t help but smile. You can almost hear the decades-old conversations and laughs shared by your friends and those who have passed through Chicago's iconic pizzeria. Our staff had remade your order but then failed to ensure that it got redelivered to you, either by another Doordash driver or by a restaurant driver.
