Ankle N Foot Centers lack of staff and inconsistent billing practices have been disappointing. Despite providing insurance information, billing errors persist, causing inconvenience and frustration. Despite providing my insurance information, there have been recurring issues with claims not being processed correctly, leading to repeated billing notices. During a recent conversation, it was revealed that an error occurred on their end, as my name was mistakenly listed on the claim instead of my husband's, who sought care. This oversight, likely due to my primary status on the insurance, has been frustrating to address.

Extremely disappointed that I left work early went out of my way for this specialist to arrive on time after sitting in traffic for them to nonchalantly tell me my appointment was canceled. You receive texts asking you to confirm your appoint, but dont get a courtesy call to inform you your appointment is canceled!

The service and staff were wonderful. Doctor Christina Sarantopoulos is the best. I highly recommend them.

My mom was seen by Dr. Sandhu for foot pain. Doctor was not able to make a correct diagnosis and schedule a necessary diagnostic test. He said her pain was due to arthritis/age/possibly poor blood circulation/shoes etc. Different doctor prescribed an MRI and turns out she has a large cyst. Edit: (reply to the owners reply to my review) - my moms cyst was symptomatic, that was her main complain - severe pain in the area. Cyst has to be surgically removed and sent for pathology to rule out malignancy and possible fracture of the bone in the area. Dr. Sandhus recommendation of increasing physical activity was incorrect and dangerous in her situation. I stand by my review and disagree with drs Sandhu recommendations and inability to come to correct diagnosis. I am glad we found another doctor that was able to diagnose the issue. All good - just hope doctor reads the review and takes it as a learning experience.
