        Worst experience of my life. The lady working the desk at 5:30pm on April 5 had the ugliest character I have ever witnessed. She ruined the process I was trying to resolve and voided the ticket because she didnt know how to do her job (her coworker even validated that she didnt know how to do her job). How she can sleep at night between her nasty character and incompetence is beyond me.
