I work with property managers for a living, and Pro Invest/Bundled Management is by far one of the worst Ive had to deal with. There is a complete lack of communication, organization and responsiveness from their team. If you need something fixed in your unit, dont expect it to get done in a timely manner, or at all! Stay away if you can!!

Conduct repairs and communication at a snails place. Wont respond until you send multiple emails requesting help and invoke the Chicago renters code.

Bundled Management fails again to take responsibility of their renters trashing alleys and aiding in the cleanup from when their renters move out. They choose to place the blame on the property owners and not themselves or the renters. This affects their other renters and neighboring property owners. Bundled doesnt care.

We have had over 72 units (4 properties) managed by Pro Invest Realty/ who merged with Bundled Management Services. The designated managing director/broker is Brandon Arnold. We experienced such poor management accountability that we are seeking claims in Superior Court for breach of contract, including failure to consistently market our units for rent, collect rent and enforce leases. We also experienced a number of instances where repeated financial and property mismanagement occurred, including a failure of providing accurate and timely management reporting, and maintenance attention to our assets and ownership. Our relationship with Pro Invest Realty as a property manager was a disaster! Our association with Mr. Arnold and his staff, including Jennifer, his primary office property manager on our buildings, was shockingly poor. If you own buildings and are considering ProInvest as a manager, don't be fooled by the smooth presentation- buyer beware.
