Evergreen is back at again, trying to process retaliatory evictions over at Barwell Manor/ The Bluffs and Armory Terrace/ Armory Rehabilitation. They are using a Lawyer name Marvin Husby who is known for his shady ways and the property manager who is a convicted felony, she was convicted of assaulting a Zion police officer. Evergreen knows her behavior very well. The property manager and regional manager knows my name and chose to put another name thats not mine or not on lease on a termination tenancy and brought it to eviction court. My name not Laquesha. At this point its discrimination. #Happy Black History month

Evergreen real estate group has aided and abetted with the Waukegan Police Department in evictions over at Barwell Manor/ the bluffs. Retaliation is real and I have experienced this from Evergreen real estate group along with multiple tenants. They do not care they treat us like inmates. I have witnessed evergreen real estate and sergeant Joshua Amann harass a tenant and forced her to vacant her unit out of retaliation because he mad about her lawsuit against him for illegally arresting her 15 year old son. Update: It was an illegal eviction not done by the sheriff. Evergreen Real Estate and Sergeant Joshua Amann forced and intimidated the family to take money to leave. Yall forced the family and continue to harassed the family because you couldnt evict them legally. And why is the property manager using security as a bodyguard to put notices on tenants door?
