I love a family ran business. The corporate office is very responsive, the office is peaceful, and the team is GREAT! I would definitely recommend Advantage Properties Chicago to any property owners, prospective tenants and future employees.

Advantage Properties has some great and friendly people in the office. The environment is quiet and also family owned, which to me is always a bonus!! Responsive and helpful. Highly recommend coming here for any future tenants, employees, and/or property owners!

They do a terrible job managing property at 460 Coventry Lane. Anytime a ticket is submitted through their app we are told its the renters responsibility when it clearly is not. They do not answer the phone either. The apartments are cute, the tenants are awesome, and the area is great but it is all overshadowed by an unhelpful management company.
