I have been living here since September, and I have loved it so far! The apartments have charm, and the rent is very reasonable for the area.
Not to mention John Strain the building manager has been outstanding so far! Whenever a situation comes up, John is always there to help and assist residents.
Feedback from residents is valued as well- residents ask for a digital money system for the dryers- and PPM apartments listed and installed them.
Also there are no pet fees or hidden fees- you don't feel like they're nickel and diming you for every little thing.
PPM really has made renting my first apartment a great experience and I would highly recommend the apartments at 632 West Addison.
