George is absolutely amazing. He is such a responsive communicator and is truly dedicated to helping you find the apartment that is the right fit for you. As someone who was moving to Chicago from out of state, I was nervous about how I was going to be able to find an apartment without having to travel back and forth touring apartments. When I was connected with George through Zillow, he immediately went to work pulling together a portfolio of apartments that met everything that I was looking for. After narrowing down the options that were a great fit, my husband and I traveled to Chicago to see them. George had planned an entire route so we could see the most apartments as efficiently as possible. Sure enough, we fell in love with one of the apartments that George showed us! Honestly , some of the people that work here is so unprofessional. Maksym is working with my current management company to show my place to other renters. He has no people manners, just doesn't ask what time of the day someone is available , have us waiting the day of the showing without saying the showing is cancelled. I left appointment early to do the showing . This is the only person from this realty group who is like this. The others are very nice and professional . Please retrain.
